Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and EMI options where available. Payments are processed in INR.
Billing Cycle
Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You will receive an email receipt for every payment. Invoices are available on request via WhatsApp or email.
7-Day Free Trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium modules. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your chosen plan begins automatically. You can cancel before the trial ends with no charge — simply message us on WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, mail us with your registered email or phone number. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days in a monthly plan.
Refund Policy
7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the premium plan within the first 7 days of your paid subscription (after the free trial), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of your first charge.
Technical issues: If a payment is charged but access is not activated within 24 hours due to a technical error on our side, we will either activate your account immediately or issue a full refund — your choice.
Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
Annual plans: Annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund for the remaining months (pro-rated). After 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining period, but you retain access until the end of the year.
Non-refundable cases: Refunds are not issued for partial months of a monthly plan, or after 7 days of the first paid charge (unless a technical issue is involved).
How to Request a Refund
Email us at nagendra@meetinsights.in with: your registered mobile number or email, the payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt), and the reason for your refund request. We will acknowledge within 2 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
If you raise a chargeback or dispute through your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to process a voluntary refund through our system. We strongly encourage reaching out to us via email first — we resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
