5.2 Recording Permissions

By authorizing Google Calendar access, you consent to allow MeetInsights to:

• Access your calendar data to identify Google Meet events
• Automatically join meetings as a participant
• Record audio and video content with proper permissions
• Process and analyze meeting content using AI

5.3 Data Processing

All meeting data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, features, and materials provided by MeetInsights, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are our intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetInsights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to all claims including but not limited to contract, tort, negligence, and strict liability claims.
