1. Who Can Use AI Lab

AI Lab is designed for school students in Grades 6–12. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent, guardian, or their school institution. By creating an account or using the platform, you (or the adult responsible for you) confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your access code or PIN with others. Notify us immediately at nagendra@meetinsights.in or WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of misuse or sharing.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use AI Lab to:

• Complete AI experiments and modules for educational purposes
• Train models using your own data within the browser
• Share your experiment results and reflections with your school or community

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Use the platform to train models on illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Share access codes or credentials with individuals outside your school
• Attempt to bypass payment restrictions or access premium content without a subscription

4. Intellectual Property

All content on AI Lab — including module designs, curriculum, explanatory text, UI, and code — is owned by MeetInsights and protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. The AI models you train using your own data are yours. We make no claim on the output of your experiments.

5. Subscriptions

The free plan gives you access to 4 trial modules. The premium plan (₹30/month or ₹299/year) unlocks all 40+ modules. Subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to process the applicable charge. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95400 25266. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. We do not pro-rate partial months.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Lab is provided "as is" for educational purposes. MeetInsights is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then, if unresolved, through arbitration in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
